. First time discount is valid while subscribed. May not be combined with other sales, promotions, discounts or packages. Discount may be redeemed by subscriber only. May be redeemed on first service only. Not valid with product purchases. Mention discount eligibility at time of checkout. Discount amount may be subject to change without notice.

. Referral discounts valid only on regular priced services. May not be redeemed on packages, with gift card/certificates, services offered with other discounts, sales, or promotions. Not valid on prior services. New referral must be a first-time client and must purchase a service for either discount to apply. Referring discount credit expires 6 months from date of friend or family member's first visit. 50% off up to $50, 25% off up to $25.

. Promotional sales or discounts may not be combined or redeemed in the same visit. One offer per person may be redeemed per visit. May not be redeemed with other promotional vouchers or with gift cards/certificates. Percent or dollar-off discounts are only valid on regular menu-priced services and not valid on packages. . No refunds or exchanges will be given for gift cards or certificates, purchased or redeemed. Gift cards or certificates may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Any un-redeemed balance will be carried forward for redemption until balance equals zero dollars. Funds on gift cards or certificates purchased on or after January 1, 2024 expire five years following purchase date. Lost or stolen gift cards or certificates may be replaced within 5 years from original date of purchase with proof of purchase. Gift cards or certificates may not be redeemed in conjunction with promotional vouchers. Gift cards or certificates may be redeemed for services or product. Gift cards or certificates purchased for a given dollar amount will not lose the purchased value until after five years following date of purchase. Gift cards or certificates purchased under a promotional sale will hold the promotional value until the promotional period ends. After the promotional period ends, the gift card or certificate will hold the dollar value of the amount initially paid for the card or certificate. Gift cards or certificates purchased for a specific service hold the value of the service's menu price from the date on which the gift card or certificate was purchased. If at time of redemption, there has been a price increase to the specific service or product for which the gift card or certificate was purchased, the difference between the price at time of purchase and current menu price will be due.

. Promotional vouchers will be delivered via email, therefore a valid email address must be provided to obtain voucher. Vouchers do expire. Refer to your voucher for expiration date. Unlike gift cards, un-used voucher balance will be forfeited and will not carry forward. Voucher must be presented at time of checkout. Redemption rules: May be redeemed for services only. May not be redeemed in combination with gift card redemption. May not be combined with other vouchers, sales, discounts or promotions, or packages. Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

. Payment in full (or according to agreed upon payment schedule) is due at the time service. Forms of payment accepted include cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, or Vagaro Pay Later.
